Based on found-footage from Alain Resnais' film "Last summer in Marienbad", the green pixelisation of digital low resolution images becomes an impressionistic landscape of decay, relating to the film's narrative strucure and theme. The sound track was written for this piece by Raymond Berge and was performed live at the opening by a string quartet. |
